THE CUSTOMER
Archimede S.rl. was founded in 2004 as engineering company. Its core business is the industrial consultancy in different engineering sectors.
THE NEED
The Customer will take advantage of the incentives for the renewable energy production. According to the D.M. 11/04/2008 and to the following D.M. 06/07/12, and being registered in the GSE register for CSP plants below 50.000 m2, this 1 MW CSP plant will benefit of a feed in tariff of about 340 Euro/MWh for a period of 25 years from startup.
OUR SOLUTION
Turboden supplied a Turboden 12 HRS with electrical efficiency exceeding 25%. The ORC unit is fed by a field of high temperature thermal oil parabolic trough collectors integrated with a thermal storage (with nominal capacity of about 5 MWth) and with a small gas boiler.
